Mark 11:1-11 - Triumph and Tragedy
In this sermon, Rev. Ben Sinnard looks at Mark 11:1-11 where we see the triumphal approach and entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. This opens the passion week, which will culminate with the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. In Mark 11:1-11 there is great triumph as the King of Kings, the rescuer, enters Jerusalem, but there is also great tragedy in the road ahead, foreshadowed in Jesus’ brief visit to the temple in verse 11.

John 5:30-40 - Evidences
In this sermon, Rev. Chris Vogel looks at John 5:30-40. Jesus continues his defense, calling to witness the testimony of John the Baptizer, His own works and words and finally the testimony of Scripture. Despite all that is put before them, the people will not believe. Although people may go to God’s Word for help and hope, if they do not see Christ in them, they will not have eternal life.
